Friends of the Rideau
Fall Colours

Typical of many Rideau shorelines in the fall, this shoreline shows the contrast between the rocks with lichen, the evergreen trees, the oak that have yet to turn (top of picture), the maple that is turning a golden red, and the low bushes (genus unknown) that have turned scarlet red.
